If you are a hacker you’d know what a telnet command is, for those of all who don’t know what it is, Here it is : Telnet is a protocol that allows you to connect to remote computers (called hosts) over a TCP/IP network (such as the Internet) as defined by Microsoft. Its one of those most popular Windows IP Utilities that most of the security professionals use. The telnet command is used to send fake emails. If you are using Windows XP, you are lucky as the telnet command is available to you by default, but for the Windows 7 and Vista users it is not available by default and you have to enable it yourself manually.
